Multiple systems designed and implemented within this plant adhering
to Just-In-Time platform. Bar code tags were utilized throughtout the
system to verify accurate and sequential parts delivery.

Toledo North assembly plant
A system comprised of 200 skillets combined with 4+ miles of conveyor
controlled by 13 processors and 47 control panels. The system also contained
engine delivery conveyors, production conveyors, VLUs, IPFs, selectivity
bank, four automatic transfers, two marmac high lifts and 2 VFD fork
retractable OHPF carriers.

Sterling Hights Assembly Plant
ED&C's system combined 1/2+ mile of conveyor and 100 skillets which
raised and lowered automatically to each station via an infra-red trigger
system. The program downloaded to the skillet controller via IR communication.
Settings for skillet height were set per station using a GUI.

Warren Truck Plant
This system was designed to automatically load/unload pallets for final
assembly delivery. Bar code scanners interface to a higher end database
to verity accurate and sequential part delivery.
