Mail flow for the newly installed Tray Management System (Trayed Mail
System and Bulk Belt System) is controlled through the use of PLCs,
PC/scanner interface. Manufacturers include Allen Bradley, Control Logics
Inc., and Horner. ED&C provided, installed, and maintained the computer
control system. This included server management, design and installation
of TOC software, collection and storage of maintenance data and the creation
of GUI screens for monitoring stations.
