	Quality Control Sound Quality Control Program The quality policy of ED&C states, "On-time Products Driven by Quality." The ED&C Quality Policy has been communicated to all ED&C employees, and is prominently displayed throughout the Troy, MI facility. This policy applies to your projects as well as to every other ED&C customer. It means that ED&C strives to not only meet, but to exceed our customers' needs and schedule requirements. The ED&C quality control program is based on the requirements of the automotive industry; an industry that loses $15,000 per minute if there is a non-conforming part. For this reason, processes are developed and procedures are written within ED&C to reflect the stringent need for defect prevention rather than defect correction.
